Matt's Match is supporting the following, are you able to help too please?

Do you work for Homebase or Argos? Do you know anyone who does?
ANTHONY NOLAN NEEDS YOUR HELP!

The Anthony Nolan Trust will be part of a staff vote at Homebase and Argos stores and offices across the UK until 26th March 2010 to decide their next charity partner.
Please vote for us and encourage any of your friends, family and colleagues who work at Homebase or Argos to do the same.
If chosen, the partnership is worth £2 million so we need as many votes as possible!

Thank you for helping us save more lives.

For queries or further information, please contact Elaine John on 020 7284 8256 or Elaine.John@anthonynolan.org.uk

Matt’s Match Found!

We are extremely pleased and relieved to be able to announce that a suitable bone marrow match has been found for Matt and his transplant has taken place.
We are now anxiously waiting to find out whether the donation has been successful. The new cells must ‘graft’ and begin to produce healthy bone marrow in Matt’s body.

Doctors say Matt is doing well. Matt will remain in isolation for a number of weeks and hopes to return home sometime in the New Year.

Matt’s Match would like to thank everyone who has supported the campaign in so many wonderful ways. Whilst Matt has received his match, there are still thousands of other matches needing to be found!

Please continue to visit Matt’s website. Your messages of support are a great boost to Matt and his parents; they also help to keep Matt in touch with the outside world! Matt and his parents will use the message wall to keep us all updated and ‘blog’ Matt’s progress.

www.mattsmatch.co.uk  will continue to be updated and will give details about how, in the New Year, Matt’s Match is hoping to continue to make a difference!
